I didn't write the central story being witnessed (hopefully someone will); I wrote commentfic about another pair of views thereon. Before I lose my nerve or get hung up in edits, let me stick it here. ( The room is filled with beautiful, scarred, insane children, which means Jim fits right in. )

The Hypothetical AU Meme: Take any one of the fandoms you know I write AND give me a type of AU (space opera AU, pirate AU, superhero AU, etc.) or a time period (Ancient Rome, Renaissance England, etc). I will then explain what story from that fandom I would write for that AU.

While I will very much not mind being asked for a Minoan AU, I like other time periods and settings too!

I haven't written in way too long, yuletide approaches, and petronelle has the best ideas. So.

Give me a porny ficlet (one comment box's worth or less) and one or more characters or situations in any fandom I can write, and I'll write you a porny ficlet in exchange. Fandoms I can at least try to write include LOTR (no Frodo/Sam), DC Comics (including various animated universes), Firefly, NUMB3RS, Mary Renault's historical fiction. new-school Doctor Who, Bujold's Vorkosiverse, Star Trek '80s shows (so, not TOS or Enterprise), Discovery Channel and Food Network RPF (within reason), and... well, ask me and I'll see what I can do.
