I have had a terrible past 24 hours, with suckiness predicted for the foreseeable future. Please tell me something, fannish or otherwise, that makes you happy.


I'll go first: the moment in my icon, whether in bookverse or movieverse. I have always loved that defiance against the dark and overwhelming odds.

Something otherwise that makes me happy: my emotionally-distant non-verbal son has been openly affectionate and babbling all week. He's like a new kid, and I'm delighted with how much more interactive he's been.
