It's a piece of boulder opal that really does look like a chocolate cookie. I think I could probably make cookies that look like this, if I could figure out how.

The opal-y bits could be melted hard candy maybe? I'm not sure how you do that, but surely there's a way?
If you do try please post pictures!
Edit: Or maybe gummies. That way the cookie would be more edible since hard candy would probably crack a tooth.
Or maybe even melted sprinkles?
