icecreamempress posted a link to this great comic about Mary Seacole and Florence Nightengale. I remember reading about Mary Seacole during my childhood summers in Jamaica; I knew she and Mrs. Nightengale had a rivalry, but of course they left that nasty (and unwarranted) brothel-keeping accusation out of the kids' books.
At any rate, because I am random, I turned this painting into this Obamicon:
And, well, today seemed like a good day to post this.
