That "sleeping with one eye open" thing I learned to do to sleep on the T is pretty useful for babysitting when a certain young sir is sucking all the energy out of me. *laugh*

When our guy had a croupy cough, dunkelpig would sleep with one hand on his chest (in his bed next to ours) all night, making sure he was still breathing.
