A Post, A Response, and a Resource.

So _dahne_'s post calling for an end to social justice in fandom is being much discussed. I took down my post from yesterday, which was more emotional and disorganized than I like, and instead of rewriting it I'll link to this response at foc_u.

Also, brighteyed_jill has linked to the sensible post, On Having That Conversation. This is the post that _dahne_ purports to have written, but hers is very much not.

Now, having said all that, I'm going to go work on a story for my next post here.

Thank you for standing up and speaking out about this. I wouldn't have heard about it without your signal boost, and when I got to the post, I went kind of incoherent with disbelief.
