Assorted Requests

First of all, would anyone like to beta a comics ficlet? It's rated PG-13, for violence and language mostly, but it's also pretty het (shockingly so, considering one of the characters).

Also, I feel a deep desire to gaze upon fanart, in any/all of my fandoms. May I ask for fanart/fanartist recs? (Iin LOTR I like my hobbits plump and cheerful, my Men sturdy and bearded, and my Elves majestic. And my dwarves drawn by hyel, I'm afraid, but feel free to try me on other artists. In HP, Comics, etc, I'll try pretty much anything decent.)

Finally: I know a fair number of my friends are fannish about Serenity, so before I poked around in LJ land more I thought I'd ask people where good online hangouts might be for Firefly/Serenity fans.

I would be more than happy to do so, with the caveat that I am a *recent* comics convert, and thus... would probably not be good with the characterization. Which is, after all, the *point*.
You would most likely be better off with someone rather more experienced.

I'm seconding that you go to hope's journal (angstslashhope). Princess is right about her, believe you me.

You basically know all the LotR artists I know, and that's pretty much the only fanart I look at anymore. heh
