This song has been haunting me for months, in a good way. Like all the Songs For a New World this suggests a story, but oh, I really want to write one about this one. Maybe urban fantasy or magical realism, about a pregnant girl, alone and maybe captive, whose faith is sustaining her through her ordeal, whose hope provides her light in the darkness.

Whether you write it not, it strikes me that in some ways, you *are* it - are being the song, the story. Which isn't to say that there isn't a more iconic story to write, as well.

You have a blessing in your soul, and try to give the world eyes to see. And if the future of the world came from within you, I think it would be far better than any future I see today with the world as it is.
