Nothing in Particular

This is several things in a row, and I haven’t taken the time to weld them into some kind of seamless whole. And my prose is, well, not deathless. But I hope this is a reasonably interesting State of the A all the same.

I just looked out the window

The sun is shining.
It is snowing.

Part of me is artistically inspired. Part of me is meterologically croggled.

What's really important.

In reverse exponent-of-exponential order of importance: North Korea has a missile capable of carrying a nuclear bomb to the US. I'm watching distressing events in one overlapping set of my friends. I haven't drawn any Valentine's Day cards, and have no money to buy them.

But, my nonstick pan, the one WD gave me for my birthday, is doing a beautiful job of browning potatoes, and that makes me happy.
