Oh, if only I could work with the architect of Beckistan. I'd lay out the place just EXACTLY the way Washington ought to have been, in a series of concentric circles with a large circular structure in the center, then ensure that the buildings' roofs were painted identically in each circle, but differently from each other. Say, red, yellow, white, blue, or some such. Like this, maybe.
