Fruitcake Weather Is Coming

spinrabbit extra-generously gave me Panforte Clif Bars, which got me thinking about my yearly fruitcake project. I want to try to make four recipes total, and it being Jamaica's 50th anniversary of Independence, my thought is to replace the Emily Dickinson's Black Cake with the Jamaican Independence Fruit Cake. My other fruitcake recipes are listed here. Come to think, I should do a poll on this -- next post.
