browngirlD.C. Launches First Ever Transgender Respect Ad Campaign. I should write the District of Columbia Office of Human Rights an appreciative note of agreement, not least since I'm sadly sure they'll get the other sort.

Congress controls D.C.'s budget, and a great deal of our local government, so the more positive things your congressional representatives hear from you about what the DC local government is doing, the less likely they'll be to screw it up for those of us who live here-- I hope. :))
