A "Pro-Life" Business

browngirlThis is an example of what being 'pro-life' comes to in the USofA: a taxi-cab company which refuses to transport women to medical care, and demands that they allow it to approve their reasons for their appointments before agreeing to provide transportation. Reading this, I am angry, and scared. What can we do as these attitudes gain more and more traction, as it becomes more and more acceptable for everyone to make decisions about a woman's body except that woman herself? (I've closed comments on this post because I don't need to moderate a potentially heated discussion today, but these are real questions, for all of us.)
