Well, I'll do better at these four years from now!

Next time I make cookies like this (using the Cream Cheese Icebox Cookies, and using freeze-dried fruit from Nuts Online with a touch of food pigment for the color) I need to remember to not let the dough warm up too much, to cut the bottom red stripe half as wide as the other two so that the stripes drape over it and arch upwards, and to bake at 300 for 30 minutes. Maybe even lower for longer.
