about your hip... it may not be the joint, but the muscles. Try some stretching exersizes meant for you lower back muscles. This will be the FIRST thing your Doctor is likely to ask you to try anyway. Give it a regular go for a month or so and see if you notice a change. Given the weather, it sounds remarkably similar to my issue, so be careful with your footing, okay? **huggles**
