Well, in the school's defense, if we *were* closed they'd get a machine message saying so. Also, it's not quite so bad here yet as to discourage travel and all that.
The kids, though, have just been so *funny*, with this breathless "is the school closed?!" hope in their voices. I'm not mocking the idea of being snowed out of school (ha, as if I could with my short fat legs), I'm just amused by the way the kids called me.
