That makes me simultaneously apologetic and triumphant, because so much of my ambiguous reaction to/distrust of/knowledge of the power of the Jim Kirks of the world is in my Mirror!Jim. Jim Kirk is the guy who can get away with everything, and Mirror!Jim, well, does. (And this way I can make myself believe that nu!Jim would restrain himself, I can believe in his heroism.)
I'm glad I have a ccouple of moments of awesome planned for Leah or I couldn't do this kind of thing to her. *blushes a lot*
