Ok... hhmm... I could have SWORN that I'd left feedback on this when I first read it (I'm going through some of my absolute favorite stories)... So...
I just have to say that I absolutely loved this story and loved your note about Ian being 'modern-day descendant' of the Rangers of LotR. This fic was just so very well done and has spawned many thoughts as well as a fic or two of my own.
