Art Post #2: Recursion and Minoans

browngirlSo this drawing took me two tries to get to what I imagined.
I really like making recursive pictures, and I like how this one incorporates two different related images (look at the negative princess closely -- she's not precisely the same as the main princess).
My long-awaited Nubian Minoan Lady! I could have put more jewelry on her, but I decided less was more.
WIP Minoan lady/princess. With peacock feather earrings. Should I give her a peacock feather headdress too? Or just beads in the color scheme?
