Perfect for your next D&D party!
Nov. 3rd, 2015 01:02 amI just made Inverse Chocolate Chip cookies, and decorated each with a white chocolate wafer topped with a rainbow nonpareil chip.
With all the little white chips showing through the chocolate matrix, and the big central white wafer with a chocolate chip inside it, they look like edible Beholders.
(To make this: the night before, melt half the butter and stir in 1/3 cup cocoa. Cook until the mixture bubbles and thickens, then refrigerate until fully cold, probably overnight. Cream the chocolate butter with the remaining butter, etc. Swap white chocolate chips for the regular chips. Watch carefully while baking, as the dark color makes it hard to gauge doneness.)
