My New Role Model

She successfully handled one of my professional nightmares AND she's rocking a gorgeous natural hairdo. For both these reasons and many more, she is a heroine I look up to.
(With thanks to the several friends who made sure I saw this; I don't want to risk leaving anyone out, and you know who you are, so I shall just blow all of you grateful kisses rather than writing a list.)
