Baked Carrot Puddings

The recipe is a modified version of one from a vegetable cookbook TIgerlily owns; I'm currently experimenting with baking it for an hour at 250 degrees Fahrenheit without the water bath; I'll report back shortly. ETA It worked! 250 for 65 minutes works as well as 350+water bath for 40 minutes! ( Read more... )
