Tabbouleh Inspired Broccoli Slaw

This isn't tabbouleh. I want to make that clear. But it's an idea that reading several articles about tabbouleh gave me. It also works with other greens -- once I did half broccoli and half pre-frozen kale (wash the kale, pull out the tough stems, and freeze it. Then chop it up, still frozen, and add to the salad and let thaw at least one hour). ( on to the recipe! )
