So all this time I've been writing about Leah McCoy I've had an idea for her backstory in my head, turning on the axis of her relationship with her father, but I hadn't really consolidated it into a story idea, just nebulous thoughts.
echoinautumn used her amazing powers of perception to divine that cloud of suppositions, added her own wisdom and talent, and shaped it all into a beautifully painful story of a parent trying desperately to protect his child from the world.
