Computer Issue Update

bikergeek had a CD drive that plugged into my computer's Firewire port. It read 9 out of 10 CDs, so I'm quite happy, and grateful that he found this item and took the time to bring it over and lend it to me. *blows him kisses* This is a fix for Right Now, though. I need to remember to take this computer in to be fixed properly in January.
I'm also grateful for all the advice and suggestions and offers you all gave me yesterday. I'm going to reply to comments on my post soon, but I wanted to at least say this. *blows you kisses too*
