Impeaching President Bush: What We Can Do

Have you noticed the lack of coverage of Rep. Kucinich's reading of Articles of Impeachment against President Bush on Monday night? It's a bit disturbing.

Mind you, I don't think this will result in an actual impeachment, and even if it did it would be too little, too late. But perhaps we can help keep the effort from utterly vanishing. ( an email forward I received )

Today, June 12, is the 41st anniversary of the decision in Loving vs Virginia, the decision that legalized interracial marriage in the entirety of the United States, and how appropriate is it that WD is the one who reminded me? *blows him a kiss*

klingonlandlady has posted about celebrations in Manhattan and beyond today, and I'd meant to write a proper post, but at least I managed this, in honor of the anniversary of something good and important, and less of a foregone conclusion than we might think today.
