Eventually, I had an idea.

Winterfair Gifts for Charity Question--Desk Toys.

So. I have a bag of small toys sutiable for people three years old and up. (Bottles of bubbles, finger traps, dice, and lots and lots and lots of tops) I can't use them for their intended purpose. (Long story.) Individually they're too small to give as Winter Holiday gifts, but I think that Xmas stockings filled with four to six of these each would be a nice option to give to children who might otherwise not get any toys. ( but the problem is... )
