I love the internet (aka, thank you to a particularly nifty person)

I love the Internet. At its best it's like reaching out to link hands with people across the world.

I love the Internet because in my other journal there's a discussion of smut and fandoms, and that's always a good thing.

Most importantly, I recieved a wonderful halfbirtrhday gift yesterday when I got home. Alton Brown's I'm Just Here For More Food. The wonderfully generous person who sent me this and made my halfbirthday and my existence feel just a little bit more special is cellio. Thank you, a *lot*.
