Minoan Fairy Story

Good morning, all my fellows in the work force returning from the three-day weekend!
Here's a bit of text (cheerfuller this time) to hopefully amuse you.

So, I wrote this story in just under a week (Monday to Sunday). I have to admit that I'm a little dismayed how long it took me to write it (at only 2250 words), but considering that this past week was far busier than any November week is likely to be, I should probably be more optimistic.

I've had this story in my head for so long that I'm a little afraid that what I managed to scribble down doesn't measure up to my mental image of it, but here goes anyway.

Oh, and, BTW, the Third Princess is not the Princess I based on myself.

I love the kids.

You should see the joy a new desk toy (a squeezy swirly penguin) has occasioned amongst them.

Of course, I'm counting the Headmaster as one of the kids. ;)
