Wet New Wind Of March

I'm so tempted to find my skirts and jacket again. (Alas, the wrong ones are long and short respectively.) The wind is full of warmth and water, whisking its fingers through my hair until I look like a happy koosh ball, and the thing about mud in March is that after the snow it looks downright sweet.

My umbrella did the Mary Poppins thing this morning... probably should just have left it folded.

It's warm this morning but it'll be colder this afternoon. But the warm wet wind is nice to have both as an ephemeral experience, a memory, and a promise of change, isn't it.
