Random Music Question

browngirlWell, music editing question for a layperson using iTunes. Is there a trivial way to turn a segment of a piece of music into its own track, the way one can cut and paste a paragraph from an article?
(I want to chop the first six.five minutes of "St. Crispin's Day / The Battle of Agincourt" from Henry V off the rest and make it its own track in my Music To Get Shit Done By mix. That first half is stirring and inspiring; the second half is brutal and deadly.)
