I'm female, and so is my body. That makes me cisgender; this is a descriptive term, not a pejorative one. I'm not "normal" because I'm cisgender, since transgender people aren't "abnormal", which *is* a pejorative term in this context. (This is not an invitation to chop logic over the definition of 'normal'.)
I admit, I'd meant to write a long post about this, but I forgot to. It's probably just as well, since
dglenn's clear and excellent rant reminded me, and says better than I would've what I'd meant to say. ETA
lavendertook does rightly point out that this may not be so simple.
