Archangelica
So, I cut up the fruit for some of the fruitcakes last night; today I realized that I forgot to put angelica in the Honey Fruitcake mixture.
Angelica, in this context, is the bright green candied stalks of the herb. I like its bright color and subtle anise flavor; others hate it. Should I bother chopping some and adding it, or should I just leave it out?
