A tea party that needs to happen

If I could draw well enough this is the image I would draw right now:

The image began as Uhura and Carol Marcus having tea and commiserating over being hated, but it grew to include Rosie Cotton putting a platter of cookies on the table and Joan Watson just coming in through the door.

My brain is now coming up with more ladies to attend the tea party, but that would make for a very crowded drawing.
