I saw this meme and loved it immediately. My version is a mashup of the ones I saw in penknife and miakun's journals:

The Hypothetical AU Meme: Take any one of the fandoms you know I write AND give me a type of AU (space opera AU, pirate AU, superhero AU, etc.) or a time period (Ancient Rome, Renaissance England, etc). I will then explain what story from that fandom I would write for that AU.

While I will very much not mind being asked for a Minoan AU, I like other time periods and settings too!

Barbara Gordon, daughter of Gotham's most honest cop, was an adventuress once, who righted wrongs and kicked evildoers' teeth in by the light of the moon. With these three doing her legwork, Miss Gordon smiles across her desk at desperate people with insoluble mysteries and asks them, "how can I help you?"
