I didn't miss the dawn

One of the benefits (everything has a benefit, after all) of going to work so #^#^(#@ early is watching the sunrise. Today, however, I woke up warm and snug and having had an extra hour of sleep, and the sky was full of light. And honestly, I did not miss the dawn at all. As we sink towards the solstice it'll catch up with me soon enough.
