I seriously looked at this question for several minutes, because while I struggle to put it into exact words, I do know exactly the thing I look for in your fics. It's something in the way you write sex, with just the right emotional undertow. Like - not a crashing wave of angst/emotions/details, but a current that pulls me along as a reader, and then pulls me under (in a good way) at an unexpected moment. That moment of being pulled under is what I look for.

I feel like I'm belaboring this comparison slightly, but I can't find a better way to say it.
