I just... OMG! That is such a Kirk thing to do. Still had my pulse racing and me fretting even though I should have known. No one touches what is Kirk's. And he's got command of the flagship for a reason. Still, his badassery is epic (as it should be) and the finishing touch of killing the security goon (thank you for making it a woman) and leaving the rest was the cherry on top.
