I have the odd idea that whenever they go out to eat Jim makes Hikaru order for him, and he always likes it.

Also, they cannot resist racing each other every so often. On foot, on jetski, in shuttlecraft... and there was the one time the Enterprise and the Excelsior did the Kessel Run totally raced to this one starbase.
