Justice League: The New Frontier

The animated movie is out on DVD, and the review I read (in BostonNOW is downright glowing, and states, "I am honestly shocked at how much of the more than 400 pages of source material made it onto the screen with Cooke's signature style completely intact." This bodes well!

Doubtless everyone already knew this, but I wanted to put a note in my journal about it.

oh, it's just so great! i don't think it spoils anything to say that i particularly liked that one scene where dick was just so flippy. the flippiest.

i'll have to try to get my hands on that review, too! i'm always pleased when superheroes get some love from "the normals." *g*
