So, a bunch of good things have come across my friendslist lately, and I wanted to post them to remind myself and let others know.

The Muskrat Jamboree, a multifandom slashfriendly small con, will be happening in Boston,MA the last weekend in March. If you're interested, here's the other post you need to read,and you should read it soon; signups go live on Saturday at 9 AM EST, and they're limited to the first 100 people.

14_valentines is a combination of fannish creativity and social action. Every day for 14 days in February, the maintainers will make a post about a good cause, and members will use their works to publicise those causes. One doesn't have to sign up for every day. I was going to attempt the Fourteen Femslash Ficlets anyhow, so I may sign up. More information may be had here .

Then there's the

axial_tilt Fic Exchange, for slash, het, and/or gen that are all rated PG-13 or milder. Yay, fic exchanges! And, as much as I love porn, hooray for things that are not! Info and signups.
