That was just a perfect Bart/Wally story. Because Bart , even though he has matured , wouldn't get why it was "wrong". The only thing Wally could appeal to is the fact that Bart wouldn't want to hurt anyone , physically or emotionally. And after reading this , I now pronounce Wally the absolute master of self control. Cause naked wriggling , vibrating Bart on MY lap ? Yeah , he wouldn't be going home , not for a LONG time. ;)
