Making Magical Biscuits: first idea

*waves to everyone who replied to to my previous post.*

A quick idea before I run off to work:

Chocolate cookie base
Poured fudge frosting
Colored sugar pieces (made by tossing sugar with food color, melting together on parchment, then breaking up), pressed down into the fudge frosting as it sets
