Pocket Praise Poem You can put things in a pocket, like your cell phone, or your keys, Or your comb, or your wallet, or other useful things like these. Why don't all clothes have pockets? Clothes for women often don't - A tux will have a pocket, but a ball gown prob'ly won't. For a long time I resigned myself to fashion's unfair curse, And carried all my stuff around in an enormous purse, But then I searched for clothes with pockets on the internet, And found a lot of pocket-bearing clothes that I could get. There's a pocket on my t-shirt, there are pockets in my jeans, And a groovy hippie tunic that has pockets in its seams! I'm so glad that I have pockets! I'm so happy my clothes show 'em, That the Poem In My Pocket is this pocket-praising poem!
