Wearable Lights!

So whilst poking through one of my favorite websites, I saw wearable strands of lights and could not resist, so two strands are now (hopefully) on their way to me. Hallowe'en is less than 2 months away, so I have to do something with these for it, but what? Maybe I can wear a black dress, wind the strands around my head, and be a galaxy.
