So I was trying not to make this post, but I read too many discussions in short order to keep from doing so. ( maybe I just can't be in SF&F fandom anymore. )

I've been drawing this year, and one thing I like to do is to illustrate a poem and put it on the back of the drawing. So I thought I'd ask for some suggestions. Poems that fit inside one reasonably-sized-text page are best; below the cut is an example, my friend Jacob's song "The Old King's Crown" and one of the drawings I've done of it. ( Twas a rainy day when I was five when my father sat me down )
