I just did a diversity training from the city, and it had some real eyeopeners (for me) about wealth disparities and real estate values etc. Stuff I'd kind of heard the edges of, but hadn't gotten any details before. That's why I kind of get the argument that we should restructure how we think by class, because it would benefit Black people and other minorities disproportionately! (But only if we find a way to keep a lid on the rents!)
