Speaking of Fairy Tales
What's a fairy tale that you like?
The reason I ask is I may have some time off in the not too distant future, and I want to write some Minoan fairy tales (as in, fairy tales in Minoan settings). I wrote one years ago ("Of Princesses and Pyxides Three") and really enjoyed it, and I have another plotted out. I'd like to do a few.
Since so many fairy tales involve romances, I'd really like to write one or several with a same-sex romance in it. I was going to put a paragraph here, but really, I want to write same-sex romances because my world includes them, so.
So, please suggest a fairy tale or two to me -- ones that aren't so well known and/or haven't been made into Disney movies are preferred. Thanks. :)
