Cooking Project Thoughts Du Jour

You know what I need an excuse to do?

Make a Boston Cream Pie. Or, better yet, a bunch of single-serving Boston Cream Pies (small size=more surface area = more chocolate) I've lived here for a decade and a half, and never made such a thing.
