Not like the brazen giant of Green fame
With conquering stalks astride from land to land;
Here at our brine-washed, lemony-curd gates shall stand
A mighty man with a with a knife, whose flame
Is hair-dryer supercharged lightning, and his name
Is Father of Chickeny Hands. From his beacon-hand
Glows world-wide good eats; his mild eyes command
The air-bridged runways, twin politicians named,
"Keep, ancient chef, your storied BAM!" cries he,
With silent lips. "Give me your tired, your poor,
Your huddled masses yearning to saute free,
The wretched refuse of your teeming show,
Send these, the kitchen-less, tempest-tossed to me,
I lift my salt cellar beside the ebony fridge door!

oh well, "everyone else" doesn't throw redneck iron chef parties (that's where the secret ingredient is beer) and go around randomly hollering "Green Giant" at Xmastime :D
